Our Epiconcept Health Data Warehouse (EDS) offer:
a complete and scalable solution for managing your health data
A Health Data Warehouse (EDS) aims to aggregate health data from secondary and multi-source collections of different formats and natures.
The EDS meets a regulatory obligation, allowing the cross-referencing of multi-source data in a secure manner for research purposes and improving the patient journey.

Our technical answers
Designed for epidemiological and clinical studies
Epiconcept's EDS offering covers the needs of multi-source health data collection (collection tools including Voozanoo, registries, self-questionnaires, partner projects, etc.) and integration according to an automated pipeline. Data from each source is pre-processed, classified, corrected, validated, pseudonymized and stored in a data catalog centered on the patient journey. This model can be enriched with data of any type or format: XML, CSV, images (DICOM, Tiff, PNG, etc.), PDF, TXT, etc.
.
Technical base in compliance with the carrying out of epidemiological and clinical studies
Storage within the warehouse implements security measures in accordance with the
EDS reference (encryption, segregation, isolation, access limitation, traceability of
inputs, outputs and updates…) and offered by Epiconcept as part of
its ISO 27001 HDS hosting service. The warehouse is built entirely from
of historical source bases at each feed, which allows the model to evolve so that it represents a functional vision of the data optimized for extractions and analysis.
Secure workspaces
Work areas are partitioned spaces that allow users to search patient data in full compliance with the EDS framework and with the tools of their choice (Jupiter Notebook (python), SAS, Excel spreadsheet, R, etc.). Security and traceability systems ensure compliance. The bubble principle
secure applies: Patient data does not leave the EDS and researchers have
controlled and audited access.
EDS Administration: the portal
Access to the platform is via the EDS Portal, which centralizes authentication (SSO) and
profile and user management features, data flow management and
access to work areas.

Data interoperability
The NIR (Registered Number) or the INS (National Health Identity) is
necessary to perform deterministic matching with the SNDS, the BNDMR and
potentially other partner sources. The proposed solution allows for the establishment of a space dedicated to the collection of the NIR in a secure and partitioned manner with Epiconcept as a “trusted third party” organization. Epiconcept would then be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance for the generation of pseudonyms and the conservation of
correspondence tables to the original identities.
Epiconcept supports you in the standardization of your data and the connection with other partner systems with the integration of technologies such as OHDSI-OMOP and HL7-FHIR
