InfectioWeb
Infectioweb is a software database that keeps track of hospital-acquired infections and is used by hospital hygiene services.
Principal Functions
- Centralize data from different information systems (laboratories, hospital IT systems, surgical interventions, etc.) to track hospital-acquired infections
- Find the connections between identified infections with given surgical or other invasive interventions
- Manage the status of an infection
- Edit and send the confirmation file of the hospital-acquired infection to the doctor
- Edit reports (ISO level, activity by service and by surgeon, multi-resistant bacteria reports, etc.)
- Data export
Technical Characteristics
- Infectioweb was developed with Voozanoo. Voozanoo is a rapid database development system based on PHP, MySQL, and Apache developed by EpiConcept starting in 2000.
- Data exchange is made by simple flat CSV and other file types.
- Data import can be parameterized through an XML workflow.
