Since its founding, Epiconcept has created strong links with health related NGOs (non-governmental organizations) and developed software tools adapted to field use. These tools are widely used in various settings.

EpiConcept has developed, in particular with Doctors without Borders, solutions that take into account the specific needs of NGOs.

EpiConcept currently offers three applications for the following areas:

  • Budget and accounting management for field offices - Saga
  • National human resources management (personnel, contracts, pay slips) - Homère
  • Pharmacy stock management - SagaStock Pharma
  • Follow up for patients on anti-retrovirus treatment - Esope

Wepi is a free web-based questionnaire creator and manager targeted to the needs of epidemiologists and health professionals. Its collaborative environment allows colleagues to share the data entry task across the office or across the Internet. Use it to complete questionnaires with your laptop, tablet or smartphone.

SagaStock Pharma
SagaStock Pharma

Sagastock is a field application for managing pharmaceutical stock supplies. This software is for managing, monitoring, and analysing stocks and their consumption. Sagastock was created from the "IsyStock" application that was developed for the French branch of Médecins Sans Frontières and has been in use since 2006.

The application has a very simple interface for quick hands-on to track the “movements” of stock of which the principal elements are the following:

An application for Human Resources managment for NGOs

Homère is a software application for managing human resources and is particularly suited to the needs of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The software has two principle functions, the creation and managment of a Human Resources database and the creation of monthly pay slips that follow the tax codes and other legal obligations for over 50 countries.
